This motorised upright
widefield fluorescence microscope features a fast and sensitive
sCMOS camera for fluorescence detection and a colour camera for
transmitted light. The available objectives cover a broad range of
magnifications from 1.25x to 60x.
Available
techniques:
- Transmitted light imaging (brightfield, phase contrast, DIC)
- Widefield multi-channel fluorescence imaging with a fast and
sensitive camera
