This lightsheet microscope is equipped with pivot scan for 3D imaging,
a sensitive sCMOS camera and sample temperature
control. Beside optics for imaging specimens in water, optics for imaging
cleared specimens of refractive index n = 1.45 are also
available. A camera and an IR LED (to minimise phototoxicity) in the
sample chambre facilitate sample positioning.
